-This program is suitable for clients with beginner/intermediate/professional level.
-In this plan so you will focus on building all of your muscle groups.
-The full workout plans includes two rounds of (Push,Pull,Legs).
1- Round 1 for the first three days of the week.
2- Round 2 for the next three days of the week.
3- Abs and Lower back every other day.
4- One day off.
